Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Though all orders are processed by us directly, some products will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Malaysia.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders in particular to festive seasons, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or any messaging services that available within our reach.
Shipment our of Malaysia and P.O. boxes
eHalalfood.com could only ships or delivery to street addresses within United States of America (USA). At the moment or until further notice we unable to process any orders out of USA.
Take note, we could not deliver any to P.O. Box address even if it located within Malaysia or at destination country, i.e USA.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Our delivery change may change though currently we work with:

- Pos Laju
Standard Delivery Lead Time
Confirmed orders will be shipped out within 2 – 3 business day(s) if they are placed before 12:00pm Malaysia Standard time (GMT+8) , Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Aside from public holidays, orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm and over the weekend may be processed on the following Monday and shipped out from vendors location within 2 – 4 business day(s).
Delivery Expected Time of Arrival (ETA) are as follows:
USA: 3 – 5 working days for your order to arrive upon pick up by courier/delivery agent
Delivery to rural or remote areas may require an additional of 2 – 3 working days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
On occasion ehalalfood.com offers shipping promotions, at which time our customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. To keep updated with our latest shipping promotions sign up as our member and newsletters.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
In the event our delivery or shipping agents unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, missing an apartment, suite, floor, etc., unsafe place to leave the package (driver’s discretion), incorrectly refused packages or otherwise, ehalalfood.com is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier or our shipping agents.
Similarly, ehalalfood.com is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery and is non-refundable.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customers can track their shipment by entering the tracking number via provided order tracking link.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Ehalalfood.com and/or it’s management is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Ehalalfood.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery or shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our vendor to file a claim.
Please have photos taken and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Ehalalfood.com may, in its sole discretion and without notice, change the terms and conditions set with immediate effect.
Ehalalfood.com reserves the right to terminate any supplier, vendor, promotion or at any given time without prior notice.
